Tips:

• There are various tour operators that offer kayak tours into Kachemak Bay. Alternatively you can take a boat charter into kachemak bay and go exploring with your own / rented kayaks. One of the best areas to kayak in calm water with stunning views is Halibut Cove or the Halibut Cove Lagoon. You’ll need to be careful of tides in the area since they can close off certain areas for part of the day due to sand bars that get exposed.
